*CR-Z concept from 2008 Chicago Auto ShowIn the Summer of 2010 the Honda CR-Z Hybrid will arrive to our showroom floor.
We are extremely excited to have this car, it is the natural progression that Honda foresees with sports cars. The combination of performance technology with hybrid technology. It will have a 1.5 liter i-VTEC® engine pushing out about 122 hp @ 6000 rpm along side electric motors.
There are three driving modes for the car; "Sport", "Normal" and "Econ". Each mode can be selected by the driver depending on what he or she wants from the car.
Select:
- Sport Mode for the quickest response from the engine and the most res ponsive handling.
- Econ Mode for the most fuel efficient drive regulated by the on board computers and electric motors (same system found on the Honda Insight)
- Normal Driving (initiated at start) for default setting for steering, engine response, motor assist and air conditioning
